    Troy and Mark, the husband & wife management team are just amazing, very helpful and caring. Over the last five years they've always been friendly and helpful. I got behind more than once and they worked with me while I caught it up.  I just emptied my storage and Troy worked with me, giving me plenty of time to move it all. The owner cares about his tenants. It’s a very clean place. The prices are very fair, better than any other storage I looked at. If you are looking for a storage for your stuff please consider All Storage - Rancho.

    I was in unit 12 and let me say that the employees at this location are some of the sweetest and most accommodating people I have ever worked with. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd live here if I could. [Disclaimer: you can't!] LOL! Clean, well kept, worth the money. GO HERE for all your storage needs. They are awesome! Really!

    I finally cleaned out my unit and as happy as I was to not have storage anymore, I also was sad because I loved talking to the staff and the facility is immaculate. If I ever need storage again I will go here.

    I've had my storage unit now for several months. It started with an online appointment to check out the premises. It's clean and the staff is attentive and friendly.  Any issues I had regarding the lift etc. were addressed quickly.  My phone calls are always returned promptly - Troy is so awesome!  Highly recommend.

    Needed a space quickly as we transitioned from our previous home into our Vegas home, and we found a real gem in All Storage on North Rancho! People there are super-nice and made it easy to get the right sized space for our needs, on the phone and in person. Prices are reasonable, property is spotless, security is great, and hours for access are perfect for us. I highly recommend All Storage on North Rancho Drive!

    Miss Troy is a GEM! She made signing up for my storage units a breeze! Cory was awesome giving us a tour of the property explaining the rules and regulations as well as walking us through how the gate system and security system work. Mark made sure to come out of his office to introduce himself and thank us for our business. I would definitely refer this place to anyone!

    These guys are awesome!! So friendly and helpful! My husband was driving a U-haul in from Temecula, CA to North Las Vegas. I work in Henderson and got off work at 3:45pm. They close at 4:30pm. My husband had set up a potential space at a different storage facility - I used Google to get "their" number to plead they allow me 5 more min. due to traffic. The lady I spoke to said she would, even though they were supposed to be out. I drive up to the "original" place - it was closed and everyone gone. I called and I spoke to the lady again and we realized I had the wrong address. She stated I must have been meant to be with her place and gave me their correct address. I got there by 5:00pm and my husband less than 2 min later. Troy was so welcoming and understanding! She offered me water and got us set up super pronto. Her coworker Cory was offered to go ahead and be off, but he stayed with her. Never once making us feel that we were inconveniencing them or showing any aggravation. Our move to Vegas has had many bumps and this was not one. A happy accident got me there and I am thankful to have received the most excellent customer service experience!! It is so appreciated!!

    It cost me a little bit more than what I was hoping to pay, BUT I loved how clean the grounds were kept.  The biggest selling points were Troy and Mark - I just adore them! So kind, gracious & informative!
