EXCELLENT!!! Very easy to deal with, plenty of options to choose from, and the had fresh cookies and coffee. I reserved my truck online. Then had a few different things happen personally. Unfortunately for Megan she received multiple phone calls from myself. Each time she was very happy to help. This is a super smooth, friendly, and speedy operation! We pulled in, someone met us there and led us to an open area to unload the car from the trailer, test the trailer operation to ensure there was no damage and it was ready for the next customer, and we were able to get right back to the new place to unload the truck. When we completed unpacking the truck, we drove back, pulled right up and someone came right out and I handed over the keys--paperwork was all sent via email--all looked accurate. I really was expecting this to take much longer, but it was so fast and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
