      Cindy and Paul truly know the meaning of customer service.  Cindy is always cheerful and remembers her customers, even if it's been years since their last visit... It is a great feeling! Paul is so warm and welcoming and just genuine all around! I definitely will not be going to another self-storage.  And on top of it all, All Storage Canyon Gate is a one-stop shop! Thank you both for being you!

      FIVE STARS IT IS!  If I could post 10 stars, I would.  Paul and Cindy, site managers at All Storage - Canyon Gate are the "Dynamic Duo" of what they do, and nobody does it better.  First, the property is super clean, well maintained and safe.  Second, they are attentive and efficient. Third, their customer service is superior.  After a bad experience with another storage company many years ago, I was hesitant about placing my items in storage. But after meeting Cindy and Paul, I decided to take a chance and all worked out well!

      Cindy and Paul know how to run a great business. They were so professional and when it came to helping me understand everything that I needed to about U-Hauls before I made a huge move. They went above and beyond what was expected. I wish everyone could run a business like they do. These are ethical people who treat others with compassion and stick to their mission. I could not speak more highly of All Storage, and will be a customer for life.

      Rented a U-Haul trailer at this location due to the positive reviews.  My experience was 5+ stars.  Service was honest, friendly and fast when renting and returning the trailer.  I will definitely return for all my U-Haul rental needs.  Highly recommended.

      I have seen Cindy & Paul at work and I swear I thought they were the owners—the customer service was excellent. Why can't everyone have their attitude toward customers? I have had very bad experiences in my life with other storage companies that makes me wonder why some are still in business. I wish I could give Cindy and Paul a 10-star rating because they are unbelievably great and 5-stars doesn’t seem good enough!

      Cindy and Paul are extremely helpful and pleasant people. I had a storage unit for a year and had no issues with billing or anything. Very simple to stop your lease. I also recently rented a U-Haul last minute because all my moving plans fell through. Luckily they had one available with a car tow. Everything went perfectly considering it was all last minute. They saved my nightmare of a trip and deserve good recognition for being good, honest people.
